Formed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Financial Peace Project offers Clark County residents financial direction to help reduce their negative economic impacts and maximize their economic opportunities. This program provides people with the tools and resources needed to strengthen their financial future and teaches participants how to plan for homeownership, pay off debts, and prepare their finances for any life events that may occur.
Through our Financial Peace Project, we’re able to fight against generational poverty and provide economic opportunity for those who have not had access previously. We provide Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University classes in both English and Spanish for two-hour sessions as part of our regular programming, and we offer ongoing financial case management support to all our new and existing homeowners. This program strongly benefits low-to-moderate income residents in our community and helps them increase their financial knowledge and stability.
Whether it’s planning for retirement, saving for college, or just meeting daily needs, we help people take the first step towards finding financial peace.
