Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas builds new homes to be sold to qualified, low-to-moderate income families. Below are the required qualifications to become a Habitat Las Vegas homeowner.

All family members must be U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents and able to provide a United States passport, birth certificate, or Permanent Resident Card for proof of legal residency.
In order to qualify for the program, you must be a Clark County resident for the past 12 months or longer and have not owned a home in the past two years.
Household income must be in between 30%-80% AMI (Area Median Income) based on the current HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) income limitations**. Families whose monthly income is not within the income qualification range will unfortunately not qualify.

**HUD income limits change on an annual basis. AMI is calculated based on the HUD income limits in effect when homeownership applications are being evaluated.
